Return Policy
At Wilton Feet Custom Orthotics and Shoes, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our products are carefully selected and professionally fitted to provide maximum comfort and support. Please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date for eligible items purchased in-store.
To qualify for a return:
- Shoes must be in original, unworn condition, showing no signs of wear or damage.
- Shoes may only be tried on indoors on carpeted floors to prevent scuffing or sole wear.
- All original packaging, tags, and the original receipt must be presented.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased:
- Custom Foot Orthotics and Inserts
- Over-the-Counter (Pre-Made) or “Custom-Fit” Inserts and Arch Supports
- Socks, Hosiery, and Compression Garments
- Foot Care Accessories such as insoles, creams, sprays, or padding materials
These items come into direct contact with the skin, and once tried on or fitted, cannot be resold in compliance with hygiene and public health standards.
Adjustments to Custom Orthotics:
If your custom orthotics require modification or adjustment, they will be handled according to the policies of the orthotics laboratory that fabricated your devices. Our staff will gladly assist in coordinating these adjustments on your behalf.
3. Exchanges
We are happy to assist with size or style exchanges for eligible footwear, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same 14-day return window and original-condition requirements listed above.
4. Defective Merchandise
If you believe your footwear or accessory has a manufacturing defect, please bring the item and proof of purchase to our store for evaluation.
If deemed defective, we will work with the manufacturer or supplier to offer a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with the applicable warranty.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed in the original form of payment and issued within one (1) business day of return approval.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of a dispute regarding this Return Policy:
- The customer agrees to first attempt to resolve the matter directly with Wilton Feet management.
- If the issue remains unresolved, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
- Each party will bear its own costs associated with arbitration, except where otherwise required by law.
7. Policy Updates
Wilton Feet reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available in-store and on our website.
